Dear EA Sports, put Alexis Sanchez's very good dogs in 'FIFA 17'

Yes, we’re serious.

In light of Alexis Sanchez’s dogs’ increased public profile and what happened during Arsenal’s press conference last weekend, we at FUT Nation believe it’s appropriate to start a petition to get the Chilean forward’s dogs, Atom and Humber, into next year’s version of FIFA. Okay, hear us out now. Don’t be quick to judge.

A quick look at Alexis’ Instagram account should do the trick.

I accept it may be difficult for EA to program dogs into the game, but these are good dogs.

Look at these dogs. Enjoying the Fall weather in London. Living life. Good dogs.

These are obedient dogs. Look at how intently they’re paying attention. Surely they’ll listen to their coach the same way because these are good dogs.

Okay, so I know dogs aren’t supposed to play soccer, but here they are breaking stereotypes. Paving the way for generations to come. What kind of future would we live in without these good dogs?

Alright, I know you need to be in tip-top shape to play soccer. Let’s not forget Atom and Humber live with a professional, so they’re already halfway there. Such good dogs.

Also, it’s not like we haven’t seen a dog succeed in sports before.

What a great role model. The sky is truly the limit.
