It’s that time of the month again. Time to speculate and obsess over who will win the Premier League’s Player of the Month award and be honored with a special SBC FUT item.
No matter who wins the December award, we should be treated with a great card as the nominee list has dropped and it is stacked with talent. Here’s the full list:
- Paul Pogba (Manchester United)
- Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Manchester United)
- Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal)
- Diego Costa (Chelsea)
- Gary Cahill (Chelsea)
- Dele Alli (Tottenham Hotspur)
- Christian Eriksen (Tottenham Hotspur)
- Adam Lallana (Liverpool)
If you believe the talk around the community, the two favorites to take home the award are Zlatan and Lallana. You can be sure that investments for the incoming Squad Building Challenges are already being made on the market.
Zlatan’s five goals and three assists coupled with his massive popularity makes him an automatic favorite. While Lallana (4G, 2A) has the Liverpool fanbase behind him.
Preparing for said SBC would likely be a lot easier for Lallana than for Zlatan considering all the clubs the Swedish superstar has played for in his career.
No matter who ends up winning, it should be a very interesting month for the PL POTM SBC. The winner will be revealed next Friday, January 13, the same day Team of the Year attackers are in packs.
