No Premier League, no problem, right? Well ... Almost.

With the most popular football league in the world on hiatus from Team of the Week consideration due to a domestic cup this past week, and with a La Liga Santander/Bundesliga hybrid catering Weekend League on the horizon, it made sense to expect some big in-form cards from Spain and Germany.

No Messi and no Nainggolan later, we’re left with a team of considerable “not bad”s but few actual “wow” players. If ever you were looking at taking a week off from spending any FIFA points, pending shenanigans (like, say, a wildly intriguing next round of Man of the Match cards or a new League SBC), this would be a good one.

Perhaps most noteworthy, those who packed or invested in Ones to Watch Jovetic will see his dynamic card get its first boost of the second half of the season. The Montenegrin striker is now up to an 84 for Sevilla.
