FIFA Mobile Impact Players | Final Upgrades 3/14

Friday matches mean early impact opportunities.

Last week's predictions went fairly well, with one prediction correct and another two just one point away. Let's hope for a similar, if not better, result this week!

This week's predictions come a day early, since two of our Impact Players play on Friday.

With 3 of the players currently being 79 rated, there should be lots of profit to be made this week, as a +1 in overall will make them an Elite, and profitable.

As always, the key stats to look out for are Total Shots, Key Passes and Interceptions. You can check these yourself during the game on WhoScored and I will also be posting the final ratings on here at full time, putting all of the results in one place.

And with two very big upgrades predicted this week, let's get into the predictions:

Karim Bellarabi (84 RM)

The definition of inconsistency. Bellarabi's scores in his last five games range from 0 to 9, so his score could be almost anything. After being benched for Leverkusen's 6-2 thrashing by Dortmund last week, he will almost certainly start against a Bremen side who are in great form. Trying to impress the next manager, I expect Bellarabi to do quite well, with a couple of shots and key passes in a close game.

Plays: Werder Bremen (h), Friday 2:30 p.m. (ET)

Prediction: +4

Result: +5

Despite being substituted after just over an hour, Bellarabi was able to score more points than expected, with 3 Shots and 2 Interceptions to his name, meaning he's up to 89 overall.

Gylfi Sigurðsson (81 CAM)

Swansea's revival is in full swing just now, and as always Gylfi is the man at the centre of everything they do, with over 3.5 shots per game and over 2.5 key passes on avearge in his last five. As their set piece taker, Gylfi is in with a great chance of a high upgrade, especially against a struggling Hull side who are prone to committing fouls in and around their own box, giving Gylfi a great chance of a big upgrade.

Plays: Hull (a), Saturday 10:00 a.m. (ET)

Prediction: +7

Result: +10

I did say that Sigurdsson was in with a great chance of getting a high upgrade, and he did not disappoint, doing better than even I predicted. With 4 Shots, 4 Key Passes and 2 Interceptions, the Icelandic hero will receive the maximum possible upgrade of +10 and making him a very nice investment as he will be boosted to 91 overall.

Jeremain Lens (79 RW)

Fenerbahce are in pretty poor form, with just two wins and five goals in their last six games. That hasn't stopped Lens from getting some very good scores, ranging from 4-9 in those six games. Lens, and Fenerbahce, will hope to get into goalscoring form against a struggling Alanyaspor side, so I am predicting a good score for Lens, with a few shots and lots of key passes, as he has an average of four per game in his last five.

Plays: Alanyaspor (a), Friday 12:00 p.m. (ET)

Prediction: +7

Result: +6

A very close game for Fenerbahce, as they came out as 3-2 winners. Surprisingly, Lens had 0 Shots in the game, but he was involved a lot in their attacks, with 4 Key Passes and 2 Interceptions boosting him to 85 overall.

Jelle Van Damme (79 CB)

As it's only the second week back of the MLS, some teams are still getting into full season mode. One side who didn't need any time was Portland Timbers who scored five last week and they are who Van Damme and LA Galaxy host this week. With a solid score of +6 last week, I can see him scoring fairly similarly this week with lots of defensive work needed to stop Valeri and co. from dominating the match.

Plays: Portland Timbers (h), Sunday 6:00 p.m. (ET)

Prediction: +5

Result: +2

Jelle's game was cut very short as he was sent off in the 34th minute for a second booking. In his time on the pitch, he did make 2 Interceptions, meaning he is boosted to 81 Overall.

Bernardo Silva (79 RM)

First play fifth in Ligue 1, as Monaco host Bordeaux. Silva has been scoring well recently, with an average of +5 in his last five games. However, Bordeaux are a much tougher test than any they've faced recently, so his score may be a bit lower.

One thing that may limit his chances. is Monaco's decisive Champions League second leg against Manchester City being next Wednesday. He may be subbed off if they are winning the game accordingly.

Plays: Bordeaux (h), Saturday 10:45 a.m. (ET)

Prediction: +4

Result: +2

A very quiet game for the young Portuguese winger, as Monaco beat Bordeaux 2-1. He only made 2 Key Passes, so a +2 upgrade to boost him to 81 Overall.
