Our first two-time EA SPORTS Premier League Player of the Month isn’t from a likely recipient. Tottenham Hotspur, who’ve clinched a return to Champions League football, guaranteed they finish ahead likely Europa bound arch-rival Arsenal FC, and are mere points away from securing second are represented for a second time this season by forward Heung-Min Son.
Son scored five goals over four consecutive matches during the month of April, helping Spurs to six wins and at the time, a shot at keeping things interesting with likely league champions Chelsea.
"It's an unbelievable feeling. I'm very thankful for the fans who voted for me," Son told EA.
"This is not my finish line. I want to keep working hard and win it a third time. I'm still hungry."

As per usual, the Heung-Min Son Player of the Month Squad Building Challenge is live in FIFA 17 Ultimate Team effective immediately.
The early prices and ratings are a bit surprising to say the least.
At the time of publish, the 89 overall Son SBC is doable for around just 250,000 coins on both PlayStation 4 and XBOX One.
Could both the card’s somewhat modest rating and the relatively low price on the SBC indicate a higher rated TOTS card is soon to come?
Given that he’s the only two-time Player of the Month in the league this year, that’d certainly make sense to us. Interestingly, the SBC runs for 14 days, which would indicate it likely runs during the Premier League Team of the Season.
Either way, with the reasonable price — and especially if Son gets a TOTS to boot — expect to see a lot of 89-overall rated purple Son cards in the Weekend League and TOTS Daily Knockout Tournaments moving forward.
