Soccer's global governing body, FIFA, announced on Monday that it has banned Luis Rubiales, the former president of Spain's soccer federation, from all football-related activities for a period of three years. This disciplinary action follows an incident in which Rubiales forcibly kissed the player, Jennifer Hermoso, during the medals ceremony after the Women's World Cup final in August.
